«Kreative Lösungswege» stands for «Creative Solutions», and that is exactly what we strive to create! Founded by Barbara Backhaus in Bern in 2010, our experienced facilitators support leaders and managers in dealing with complexity and dynamics. Our work focuses on organisational and process support for vibrant transformation projects.
In companies and organisations, projects often stagnate and employees feel dissatisfied. This is normal, but does not have to be a permanent state. Kreative Lösungswege actively work with those involved to find – you guessed it! – creative solutions!
Our aim is always to activate and expand the potential of your organisation and its members. In coaching sessions, supervisions and seminars for individuals and groups, we empower and support teams and organisations to reflectively address the requirements of their internal and external environments.
