Coaching
Appointment agreements
We will adapt to your appointment requests. If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, please let us know 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise we will charge you for the booked time at the agreed rate.
Terms of payment
Our fees and charges are generally due immediately after the service has been provided. For therapies and coaching sessions, this means that payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Payment deadline and dunning procedure
The standard payment period for invoices for our services is 10 days from the invoice date. The due date is explicitly stated on the invoice. We ask for timely payment. After the deadline has expired, we will send a dunning letter.
Workshops & Trainings
Payment of workshop/training fees
The workshop/training is considered booked upon registration. Registration obliges you to pay the course fee. Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute cancellation. The payment deadline is 6 weeks before the start of the workshop/training. Payment in instalments is possible at any time - please contact us!
Cancellation
Cancellation of the workshop/training course involves administrative effort. Depending on the time of cancellation, we can waive the course fee.
Please note the following regulation
- In the event of cancellation before the payment deadline or provision of a replacement participant, we will charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.–
- In the event of cancellation after the payment deadline without providing a replacement participant, the full course fee will be charged.
